BKBB At Tavistock

Hi all! Thanks so much to everybody for making it to the Wharf at Tavistock this weekend. We had an amazing time, and it was brilliant to share a stage with the legendary John Verity. It’s been great to get the new line-up out and about too, and Adam and Nathan are really enjoying themselves. We think they’re awesome too, so it’s working all round. The sound is where we want it to be, and we’re busy writing new songs and planning gigs all the time at the moment!

New drummer Nathan and his amazing aquatic-themed drum kit.

Thanks so much to you all for making it to the gig, we’ll see you next at Helstonbury and then Flynnfest, both on the 23rd July. Check out our upcoming gigs here.

2016 Is Set to Rock!

It’s been a while, but you know what they say – good things and all that. Well, you’ve waited and we’ve delivered! Not only are we currently beavering away in the studio writing new material for your ears, we’ve also been changing the line-up of the band and snapping up gigs! You waited: we delivered. And we promise it’ll be worth it!

Truro Blues Fest Knockout!

What a fantastic reception we had playing the Truro Blues Festival right in the centre of the city. Superb stage and PA but most importantly an amazing audience of music lovers proving that blues rock is very much alive in the heart of Truro city. There were faces from all over the county and beyond who had travelled to catch the great line up of blues acts throughout the day and no one left disappointed. Thank you Truro, we will be back in the next couple of weeks to rock you again at the Barley!

Constantine rocked!

Once again the crowd at the Social Club in Constantine gave us a fantastic reception and proved they were in fine voice. Thank you to everyone for all the kind words and support – we will be back early next year for sure.

Party in the Park & Trill Fest Rocked!

We had two fantastic open air gigs last week at St.Columb with Party in the Park and at Par for Trill Fest. A lot of fun had at both with some great audiences.

Next up, a foray back into Falmouth as part of festival week and we play Finns Saturday 17th August. Don’t miss it!

Party in the Park, St.Columb August 8th

Make sure you come along to Party in the Park at St.Columb on August 8th and catch new BKBB bass player Joe Hoskin at his first show with the band. The Bare Knuckle Blues Band hit the stage at 5pm and this show marks the start of the band’s next round of gigs throughout Cornwall.

Twelve down!

Another fantastic show at our favourite Falmouth venue, Finn M’Couls. A two hour set packed with blues rock classics marked the 12th show for the band and celebrated moving past the 10,000 play point for the Round 1 EP.

Falmouth here we come!

We’re heading back to our favourite Falmouth gig, Finn M’Couls on Saturday May 25th. Looking forward to a night of hard rocking blues – spread the word and get on down there!

St.Columb you rock!

A big thank you to all who turned out last night to the BKBB show at the Red Lion in St.Columb. It’s always a pleasure to play for such an enthusiastic audience and in such a great venue. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Home Turf!

We’re back in the Constantine area on Saturday 27th playing at the Social Club in the village; a great venue with plenty of room. If you came to the Trengilly Wartha show and struggled to see the band due to the sheer volume of people crammed into the pub, this is a great opportunity to catch them again. You don’t need to be a member of the club to go and entry is free so if you’re after a great night of hard rockin’ blues this is one not to miss.
